Interstellar | Short Review

Christopher Nolan's name is enough to watch any film but 'Interstellar' is his best work so far.

Interstellar is a brilliant film talk about human fear, survival, things beyond 3rd dimensions. Idea of 'warm holes', possibility of black holes and things under holes, time shift phenomenon, gravity-time dimension relations and about strongest human emotion- Love. Love of a father to his daughter. Love and hope of a girl (Amelia Brand) for a dead astronaut and Love of a old-man for his race; for that he put everything on stake. Including his daughter, his prestige... everything, and faked one unsolved thing (equation) for 40 years!

If you have little interest in astronomy/ cosmology/ string theory/ or just sky then this film is more than just-a-film for you.

“May be we've spent too long trying to figure all this out with theory. Love is the one thing that transcends time and space.”
-Amelia Brand

Suggestion: Watch 1968 released '2001: the Space Odyssey' before watching 'Interstellar'. You will be able to compare the development in cinema, cinema technology; Development in physics/astronomy and most important the development of human fear.

My Rating: 96%
